Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Rhythm Deck Music ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Platinum Pro Subscriptions
Platinum Pro memberships include a 14-day free trial. At the end of the 14 days your selected plan starts and your payment method is charged automatically. You may cancel at any time before then. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
3. Content and Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all music, videos, and content you upload. By publishing content, you grant Rhythm Deck Music a license to display it on your public artist page and process transactions on your behalf.
4. Track and Merch Sales
When you sell tracks or merchandise through the Service, payments are processed by Stripe. You keep 90% of each sale, and 10% is retained by Rhythm Deck to cover platform costs. Payouts are sent to your connected Stripe account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload copyrighted material you do not own, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Violations may result in account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rhythm Deck Music is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
