1. Getting Started

To begin, go to the Sign Up page on Rhythm Deck.

You’ll see:

• A brief introduction at the top
• A “Create Account” button
• A sign-up form where you enter your details

Click Create Account or scroll down to the form.

2. Filling Out the Sign-Up Form

Name / Band Name

Enter:

• Your artist name or
• Your band name

Tip: Use the name you want industry professionals to recognize.

Email Address

Enter a valid email address.

This email will be used for:

• Logging in
• Account notifications
• Collaboration messages

Make sure you use an email you check regularly.

Password

Create a secure password.

Requirements:

• At least 6 characters
• Something you’ll remember

You can click “Show” to see what you’re typing.

3. Choosing Your Subdomain (Very Important)

This step creates your personal artist URL on Rhythm Deck.

What is a subdomain?

Your subdomain becomes your public artist page address.

Example:

yourname.rhythmdeckmusic.com

How to choose a good one

• Use lowercase letters
• No spaces
• You can use hyphens (-)
• At least 3 characters

Good examples

• retro-rock-band
• dj-nightwave
• sarahbeats

Bad examples

• My Band Name
• !!!music!!!
• a

As you type, Rhythm Deck automatically checks availability:

• ✅ Available! → You can use it
• ❌ Taken → Choose another name

Once chosen, this subdomain is yours, so pick carefully.

4. Selecting Your Plan

Choose the plan that fits your goals. You can upgrade later.

Available Plans

• Free Plan
  Basic access • No payment required • Great for exploring the platform
• Rhythm Vision Pro
  Music video generator • Choose monthly or yearly access
• Rhythm Vision Platinum
  Unlimited video creation • Commercial rights • Priority processing
  Best for artists releasing content regularly
• Pro Plan
  Full Rhythm Deck platform • Artist tools and collaboration features
• Platinum Pro Plan
  Everything in Pro • Plus radio station database and merch tools and store
  Best for serious career growth

After choosing a plan, you may be asked to select a billing duration (monthly or yearly).

5. Agreeing to Terms

Before creating your account:

• Check the box to agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy

This is required to continue.

6. Creating Your Account

Click Create Account.

What happens next depends on your plan:

• Free Plan
  Your account is created instantly • You’re taken directly to your artist dashboard
• Paid Plans
  Your account is created • You’re redirected to a secure payment page
  After payment, you’ll be sent to your dashboard automatically

You’ll see a confirmation message when everything is successful.

7. After Sign-Up

Once logged in, you can:

• Complete your artist profile
• Upload content
• Explore tools based on your plan
• Start collaborating on Pro and Platinum plans

Your artist page will be live at:

your-subdomain.rhythmdeckmusic.com
